You might be right about that. On the Oracle download side, it shows 10g for z/Linux (I read that as zSeries which is 64 bit).
For Oracle 9, it shows for Linux/390 (which I read as 31 bit). So, we may have ordered the wrong one. Or more likely, we ordered 10g for Linux/390 and someone at Oracle is trying to find out why he can't check the box or order it<G>. Very timely for us. I expect the Oracle 10g for Linux/390 (the 31 bit stuff) on my desk by early January. But since management ordered it, I assumed that they ordered the 64 bit version instead of what we can use <G>. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For LINUX-390 subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: INFO LINUX-390 or visit http://www.marist.edu/htbin/wlvindex?LINUX-390 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For LINUX-390 subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: INFO LINUX-390 or visit http://www.marist.edu/htbin/wlvindex?LINUX-390
