If Windows can "map a drive" then something is probably serving it as
SMB...in which case you'd use smbclient or smbmount.  smbmount will put
it in the filesystem, while smbclient presents a vaguely FTP-like
interface.

If you mean "directly attach it as a SCSI device" then you need to go
through an FCP switch and the Linux Device Drivers manual talks about
the configuration.  It's not for the faint of heart, but it's not
really all that bad either.
