I've installed sarge on a z800 in LPAR mode, I'm running with kernel 2.4.27-2. There were many problems during installation, I had to kill some processes and manually format dasds.. etc.. but now it seems everything works fine, except hipersockets. During qeth module load I get the following error message: qeth: Trying to use card with devnos 0x8200/0x8201/0x8202 qdio : response upon setting indicators is 0x3 . qdio : response upon setting indicators is 0x3 . qeth: sense data available on read channel . . . . qeth: unit check/exception in read_handler (irq 0x240, devstat 0x0e, schstat 0x00, rqparam 0x1005) This comes about 3 times, and then: recovery not succesful on device ... ; giving up. I guess the kernel (or module) is wrong, suse8 in the same lpar worked fine. Any ideas?
