It says S/390, not z/Series - someone'd have to try and find the mailing list to work out if it means both. As a comment. I was at FOSDEM a couple of weeks ago and stopped by the Debian room to listen to the discussions about the Debian development cycle. It was pretty obvious that people wanted a quicker release turnaround and that there were certain bottlenecks in the process. Dropping "exhaustive" support for some architectures wasn't amongst the options discussed if I recall correctly. However the usual call for more people was. Hmmm...
