IBM publications are created by a variety of processes. In some cases it
is appropriate to place the author's name on it, and sometimes it isn't.

In this case, the book was generated by IBM's professional writing staff
using a variety of techniques: interviews with test teams, discussions
with developers, and original research. Think of it as an extension of
the Device Driver, Features, and Commands reference.

We're working to make it visible in Documentation section on
Developerworks along with the DD manual.
