I recently bought one of these: http://www.boldata.com/html/prod.cfm/view/1/list_id/218.htm
as an cheap-and-light alternative to my laptop. It runs Linux and Hercules quite nicely. I posted on the Hercules list that I thought I had the world's smallest mainframe, and Jay pointed out that he has seen Hercules running on handhelds. My little box, however, has 256 mb, and actually runs SLES9 reasonably well, so I think my position holds. Shame I can't cram it into my Clie handheld. Maybe next time I'll get an Oqo. > -----Original Message----- > From: Linux on 390 Port [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of > Kielek, Samuel > Sent: Thursday, May 12, 2005 11:07 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [LINUX-390] Some comments on the new XBox > > > Is that a mainframe in your pocket or are you just happy to see me? > > > -----Original Message----- > From: Linux on 390 Port [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of > Hall, Ken (IDS DCS PE) > Sent: Thursday, May 12, 2005 11:03 AM > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: Some comments on the new XBox > > > How about Hercules on the Nintendo DS?
