I did a dasdfmt -f /dev/dasdd -b 4096
That worked
I did a fdasd /dev/dasdd and made a file system on this mini-disk - Went ok.
I did an mke2fs on /dev/dasdd1 and this worked
I mount it and I get:
May 17 11:50:45 vadnais kernel: EXT2-fs: blocksize too small for device.
Try remaking the filesystem with an explicit blocksize: mke2fs -b 4096 /dev/dasdd1
