Yesterday I had a strange incidence. A linux guest I was using to recover another linux guest went down with no reason. It went down after I left work. I am not able to find any trail of how and why. None of my colleagues would have done this.
Could someone suggest where I can find a log of start-up and shutdown (other than dmesg, which is for the current session).
