Not that I know of.  But it shouldn't be too hard to make a script that
reads /proc/mounts and generates one.  You may have to do the mount options
manually, though, because /proc/mounts only lists "rw" for mine when what I
really want is "defaults".  Also, on an i686 box where most of my
filesystems have the "noatime" option set, that does not show up in
/proc/mounts.  You may need to handle some of the special filesystems, like
shmfs, differently.  Lastly, you will probably have to set the last two
fields (fs_freq and fs_passno) based on the device pathname.  Make them "1
1" if the pathname is "/", "1 2" if it starts with "/dev", and "0 0" for
anything else.
