Hey, if it can dial out - surely the Service Element has a modem :-)
How about using Skype-In or so? I suppose that would allow for a
public POTS number connect to you with VOIP.

But wether that makes sense...   My TCO study showed a z9 to be
slightly more expensive than the (free) service of the phone company
to mail me my fax in TIF format. I believe there are others who offer
such a service for free (to harvest fax number that they can spam).
