If you really mean "good zlinux performance monitoring", then you will want to ensure the following requirements are met:
1) Both z/VM AND Linux data is collected and integrated 2) The CPU data from Linux is wrong, integrated products correct this. 3) The cost of collecting the Linux data does not impact the performance. 4) The ability to talk to someone that can help you understand performance. This may sound simple, ask for references and get surprised. "http://velocitysoftware.com/ESALPS.HTML" comes to mind.... >From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > >Does anybody have any recommednations for good zLinux performance >monitoring tools? Something that will give real-time information, where >the bottlenecks are, etc? > >Thanks! > "If you can't measure it, I'm Just NOT interested!"(tm) /************************************************************/ Barton Robinson - CBW Internet: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Velocity Software, Inc Mailing Address: 196-D Castro Street P.O.
