LOL.  I was assuming you were otherwise running an auditably secure z/VM
system.  ;-)

I was at CAVMEN recently and discovered that an [alarmingly] large number
of the attendees did not use a directory maintenence product (there were
about 30 attendees).

An ESM does much more than just manage passwords.  (And you can run an ESM
without having to run a directory management product.)
