You are absolutely correct. I was thinking that there was a linux side and an mvs side, but I have since been informed that what I am using is simply uss. I'm trying to debug an issue with my library that was built under uss but is being used under mvs. It would be easier for me to debug in uss if possible.
Sorry. I've been thrown in the deep end of this pool and I'm trying desparately to swim. I readily admit that I know next to nothing about z/OS, but I'm trying to learn while debugging an issue for a customer that is breathing down my neck. Nicole

If this is what you're referring to, then the best place to look would be the zOS Unix Systems Services manuals. As far as debuggers, it would depend on what you're trying to debug.
