Can you elaborate on this, Tom? Is it that you have to use DB2 Connect V7 Clients to talk to DB2/VM/VSE 7.3, or is it that you have DB2/VM/VSE can talk only to UDB 7 and not UDB 8? I'm guessing (hoping) that it must be the first. Just want to make sure, as you almost caused me a heart attack! <g> Frank --- Frank Swarbrick Senior Developer/Analyst - Mainframe Applications Development FirstBank Data Corporation - (303) 235-1403 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For LINUX-390 subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: INFO LINUX-390 or visit http://www.marist.edu/htbin/wlvindex?LINUX-390
