Dunno about Lookout [Express] but email clients I use can filter on
arbitraty headers.

Most list managment software puts some standard headers into outgoing
email; the presence of those headers should suggest strongly that one
should not auto-annoy lots of folk.

This list has this header:
Precedence: list
and that could be interpreted in like manner (together with Precedence:
Bulk - is there a standard to be ignored here?).
