SPXTAPE will backup up the NSS and DCSS files. The exact command is in the installation guide, it is one of the last things you do during the install (at least I do).

Can I DDR the spool volume from system A to the spool volume of system B, and then do a force start on system B the first time it comes up? If this won't work, is there a way to back them up on system A and restore them on system B which doesn't involve a tape drive?
