How much RAM?

Do you mean  #CP QUERY MDISK  or  'hcp query mdisk'?

The usage count will always be zero when no CP command is being run.

I have to wonder if you have hit a 2G boundary problem.
There was a bug, which Neale has fixed, where the driver worked
just fine in 64-bit Linux v-machines as long as they had no more
than 2G of RAM defined.
