I believe he was saying that he didn't think that the FAQ had sufficient discussion of the VM/LPAR choice.
VM pros: Flexibility, testability, large number of images possible. VM cons: Training required LPAR pros: Don't have to pay for VM. LPAR cons: See other posts in this thread.
