FWIW, I've never heard of such a thing. Especially if what you want is the ability to "migrate" unused files from disk to tape with automagic recall if they are later accessed. I don't think this is in the UNIX mind-set. I.e. No HMIGRATE or HRECALL (manual or automatic). If you want the equivalent of HBACKDS, that may be possible, but I don't know of such a product off hand.
