I didn't see anyone answer this, so I'll try. Look under /etc/httpd/ for any recently modified files. Look to see if the DocumentRoot directive is pointing someplace "odd." On most systems these days, the default is /srv/www/htdocs. Also look for any Include directives to see what else might be getting pulled in.
