I recall those days.  I'm a little surprised it doesn't show up when 
google'ing.
And what do you mean by "VM monitor"?   We don't use  IBM's PTK, however 
we do 
use another product.

That's the "product identifier" for the VM TCP/IP stack from the days
where it was a separate product. This means TCP/IP statistics are
collected by the VM monitor.
