Given the company's workloads, peaks and valleys, current usage,
contingencies and head room requirements, it was determined that 3:1
(iax/sun:z-Seris) is the ratio after normalizing on 1.6 GHz for
aix/sun and the z9 for z-Series CPU's.
In terms of memory, we determined 2:1 (iax/sun:z-Series).   This is
not accounting for the additional 2 GB for zVM expanded memory where
paging/swapping normally goes to so we can minimize memory
requirements per guest.
