I think this is your problem.  I don't know how these values are 
obtained/generated, but I suspect they're at least semi-unique (and probably 
unique) across various DASD devices.  I would IPL the cloned guest from the 
installation kernel and initrd, mount your root file system, and look in /dev 
to see what the values are there for this system.  Then edit the fstab to match 
and try to reboot again.
