Better late than never, I guess.

You do it just as you would SAN LUNs with multiple paths.  Use multipath 
tools/Device Mapper to figure out what device names point to the same disk.  
Use LVM to make the dm-xxx device names PVs (pvcreate).  Use LVM to create a 
logical volume from the PVs (lvcreate).  Put your file system on it (mkfs.??), 
and mount it.
