Hello,
A few months ago, I've upgraded z/VM 5.1 to 5.2 for two Linux LPARs.
One of these VMs, sometimes got CPU 100% and I couldn't do anything
then. Remote connection was down, even though console was hang state.
At the time, "DRASDB" Linux server was backing up with TSM server.
Whenver this backup job was running, z/VM went out to hang state.
Followings are part of the PERFKIT Report.
Before the upgrade, there were no problems with this kind of issue.
Are there anybody experienced with this kind of problem? What is the
reason of this problem? Please let me know if you have any idea.
