Ron,

Who do you have your support through?  I don't see any entitlements in the 
Novell system for you, so it apparently wasn't through Novell.  Whichever 
company that is, you should immediately open up a service request.  If you 
don't have a support contract, then re-send your message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]  
They'll look at it on a "best effort" basis, but at least it will get looked at.
