Do you mean z/Linux of MFL? There is no RPM necessary. The only thing that is required is to have a Java 1.4.2 or above for WAS 6.0 or 1.5 for WAS 6.1. We have WebSphere Application Server installed and are sharing the binaries across penguins. This saves on count-key disk packs and they can be mounted on all WAS images with the master pengiun only being "up" for maintenance.
