Passport Advantage Subcapacity licensing does not apply to z/VM itself or
its features.  Be sure to use Value Unit Exhibit 021 (VUE021) located at
http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/zseries/swprice/vuctool/ to
determine how z/VM is priced.

I know it's a bit confusing reading about the Value Unit Converter tool
only to discover you don't need it for engine-based value units.
