I posted a few weeks ago and Mark tried to help. I'm pretty sure our contracts stuff is straighted out on novell.com now - I can now pull stuff as described here in testing your id: http://www.novell.com/support/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externa lId=10099959
But when I run online_update I hang and eventually time out.
