Yep, it's all up to date. Spident -vvv gives me all +'s except for net-snmp from Velocity.

This is sounding a little familiar now. I think I worked with someone else on this same thing. Is your YOU server completely updated? If not, update it and try again. I'm pretty sure there was some YaST/YOU maintenance that was waiting out there, and if you didn't put it on, later on things like this start happening. I'm not 100% sure though. My brain's been a little full lately.
