Hi people!

I asked Google. And asked again and again. And in some lost page I found
this statement:
"*include file* cannot use ../ to include any files. To include files up in
the directory tree, use *include virtual* and use absolute path, assuming
the DocumentRoot as the root."

So I changed *#include file "../inc/header.htm"* to *#include virtual
"/inc/header.htm"* and now it works. Now my next problem is to convince the
developers to allow me to run a find-grep-sed-powered script to change all
the references in a zillion pages...

Thanks!
