Bochs works, but at a tremendous overhead cost -- on a MP3000 it was just about 2 full CPUs to run one Windows instance. It's not as bad now, but it still is a pretty significant hit. QEMU also works (at least on OpenSolaris it does), but with similar performance penalties.
