Grand Evening, We had issues with SLE11 on the inital setup. It was fixed by a temp fix from IBM due to a TCP stack issue. I have been looking for the APAR but I'm way way from office and an internet so sorry but Novell do know of the issue so maybe ask for the SLE11 TCP fix from IBM.

Any ideas? Here's a cool trick I learned during my testing of SLES11... Specify both UseVNC _and_ UseSSH (with passwords for both) in your parm file. Then after the install starts via VNC, SSH in to the system being built, and cd to /var/log/YaST2/. When you get your error, take a look at the contents of y2log. Somewhere near the bottom may be a clue as to what is going wrong.
