Reviewing the other (494224) request, I see that the author knows more than I do about the technique to use to extract the information from the system; being essentially an end-user with little knowledge of Linux internals, I was not able to be that specific. It seems to me that those of us with my level of expertise (enough to get beyond a generic install/configuration, but not enough to dig into internals) tend to get blown off because we can't articulate solutions to our issues.
