Our experience is that standalone OEM is a pig of a thing - it has
significant memory and CPU requirements, and checking the data on a server
requires logging into the web console that OEM spawns. Our DBAs are
looking at the Oracle Grid product. I can't speak to CPU use but it
certainly uses substantially less memory per instance.
