Shouldn't this be?:

  CCW_CHAN_IDS='0.0.b708 0.0.b709 0.0.b70a'

Assuming the triplets are defined subsequently (which wouldn't be
necessary for the data channel).

Also, it is a safe choice to specify hex digits in lower case letters
for Linux.
