So it defaults to lnxhvc0 If you don't have an iucvtty lnxhvc0 instance started on you target system, there's nothing there to accept the connection. in inittab on the target system add... i1:2345:respawn:/usr/bin/iucvtty lnxhvc0 or specify the terminal ID on your connect command from ts-shell.
