It's called "zPDT" (Syetem z Personal Development Tool) from IBM. We (ITC) use it in our system/product called the uPDT (Ultimate PDT). See www.p390.com/updt.htm for more info.

I know of two. One is an account (z/OS under z/VM?) on a center in Dallas. The other is for PWD, but I forget the name.
