You can simply change the 3 to a 6. That will define D000-D005, giving you D000-D002 and D003-D005. (If you like an even number, just up the count to 7 and start with D0004.) Note that this gives you the same behavior as a shared OSA port. Or you can add another SPECIAL entry. (By the way, NICDEF is preferred in place of SPECIAL.)
