The problem is we can upgrade until Oracle certify SLES11. And our network is 
running 1000MB but velocity show the guests are 100MB so we want to know how to 
change it.

Upgrade to SLES11 SP1.  The version of ethtool in SLES10 doesn't support qeth 
devices.
