IIRC the Domino MTA does some tricks with mailing lists (which allows for the out-of-office agent to keep quiet if you can find the check box). Have a look at the attribute values for these posts. I'm not sure it's enough to handle the mail properly. While the original mail has the list name in the "To:" header, the Notes MTA used to rewrite that header to show your own name as retrieved when it did the lookup from external SMTP to internal Notes name. The "from:" header - as suggested - does not help you because LISTSERV sets that to show the original poster. The reply-to: header may work in most cases for these lists because the default is set to the list address (if you can live with an occasional one slip through when they override it). I eventually gave up and decided to use gmail account. It's ideal for large volume mailing lists. You can even post with your office mail address if you want.
