I use Lotus Notes Release 8.5.1 FP4, and set up a Rule using Tools > Rules
> New Rule from the tab on the left side of the Mail application

In the dialog,

Create condition:

sender - contains - [email protected]

Click the Add button

Specify Actions:

 move to folder

Click the Select button and choose or create a folder

Click the Add Action button

Click OK

I've had problems with Lotus recognizing parts of the Sender field, maybe
it gets confused when quotes are used?
