What kind of printer is it, and what kind of network printer server is installed in/in front of it? Not all printers support the full IPP command set (I'm looking at YOU, Genicom and FAXconn....). Also, the CUPS release that's distributed with some distributions has serious problems with the output from RSCS. > I looked at docs on cups.org.
