Actually, that was the SP1-Online catalog, not Pool. According to section 7.5 of the Deployment Guide (Upgrading with zypper), that should be taken care of by the patch that will start the migration to SP2. In SLES11 GA, it was the "move-to-sp1" patch. I'm guessing there will be an equivalent for SP2 which you should be able to see by "zypper lu -t patch".
