"mkinitrd -f iscsi" isn't straightforward?  Plus, if you perform the install to 
an iSCSI root file system, the installer will do it all for you.  No need to do 
anything by hand.

An EXEC to create an NSS?  "ipl devno parm savesys=nssname" is all that's 
needed, with the appropriate CP privilege.
