Not without more details on exactly how things were set up, and in what state 
each repository was in at the time of the failure.  I would open up a service 
request with your support provider to find out what happened.

The other possibility, which just occurred to me, is that YaST handles things 
differently than the command line tool zypper does.  I do almost all my updates 
using that, and from my experience, it does allow you to continue even if all 
repositories are not currently available.  If so, again, a support request 
should clarify that.
