I could not find any SRPM's to rebuild, but just tested building the latest 
stable 2.2.0 version in our own internal build system on s390x and it fails 
both on SLES11Sp2 and the latest openSUSE Factory which has a much newer GCC. 
Googling the error, led me to https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/SERVER-1811
