I used to use Reflection years ago. Worked well for me. Lots of bells and whistles, and even provides an ssh-server for Windows. Attachmate owns Reflection now. It has lots of emulators, including Rhumba and tn3270, and a scripting language. You can write a whole application with it. From the website, they seem to be very proud of their security.
