It's documented that Cached: in /proc/meminfo does not include swap cache,
while the value from "free" does. But there's still differences from what I
can tell, beyond the changes that happen in the second between the two
commands. If I had time, I would certainly look in the source where both
get their numbers and why they are different (which is more reliable than
google with stackoverflow :-).
