I don't see any content in my copy of this email. There was a CSL International
logo attached. (I thought this list didn't support attachments?) I tried View >
Message > All Headers but that did not help. View > Message > Raw Source did
show me content. I include it here in case I'm not the only one that didn't see

Hello,
Using the "DIRM FILE" command will simply copy or replace a file in the
DIRMAINT machine.
You need to use the "DIRM ADD" command which will do two things:
1. copy the file to the DIRMAINT machine
2. will update the DIRMAINT user direct file (different file from the
MAINT user direct file) with information about the guest or profile.
If the guest/profile is not at the DIRMAINT user direct file, you will
not be able to use it.
When you use the "DIRM USER" command DIRMAINT will go over this file and
retrieve the information.
